I wouldn't recommend that because those unofficial builds can introduce bugs or game crashes anytime during gameplay that doesn't happen with official binary. Have you had a look at Front Ends QMC2 or GameEX? I feel they are much better than anything else out there and you get all the benefits of using the official binary with them. You also can simply double click mame64.exe and type some of the letter of game you wish to play and it will work if paths/options are set in your mame.ini correctly
