Right, I run with the -debug switch, and simply step over that part, because I haven't got CMOS saving working yet in the driver. If I step over that part, the game passes the HASP check and boots to the Glide detection. I haven't hooked up the Voodoo support in the driver yet. The artifacts during the boot might be a regression in MAME. They weren't there in the previous version, but I was using a BIOS that I "customized" for the purpose, so I can't compare directly.
